Meat and Cabbage Soup |

Spray large pot with cooking oil or non-stick cooking spray. Add ground meat onion, onion, parsley and oregano. Sauté on high heat until meat and onion are lightly browned. Drain off excess fat. Add tomatoes, cabbage, salt, pepper and water. Cover and bring to a boil, reduce to simmer. Simmer covered about 1 hour. Add more water as needed. |
