Ginger-Soy Sauce |

| In sauce pot add garlic, ginger, red pepper, sesame oil. Sauté for 3-5 minutes. Add soy, honey, vinegar and 1 cup water. Reduce by ½. Add 1 cup water mixed with cornstarch. Stir vigorously till boiling. Cut off heat and add green onions. Great on grilled tuna steaks.
