Cranberry Orange Relish

       1 whole, thin skinned orange, a Navel orange work well
       4 cups fresh cranberries
1 to 2 cups sugar, varies depending upon sweetness of oranges or your taste

 
Slice the "North" and "South" poles off   each orange.  Cut through the "Equator" to divide the oranges in half.  Remove the seeds from each half and cut into quarters.  Put orange pieces and cranberries in food processor and add sugar.  Process with on and off bursts until ingredients are coarsely chopped. 

Place relish in glass container(s) and let "ripen" in refrigerator overnight or up to two days before serving.
