Chow Mien |

Sauté the ground meat and garlic in wok or heavy skillet. Drain off excess fat. Add remaining ingredients and stir fry on high heat until vegetables are translucent, but do not over cook. Serve over chow mien noodles. Place a bottle of soy sauce on the table so diners may add more to suit their taste.
Bok choy can be substituted for the green cabbage.
Also fresh, chopped tomatoes may be added. |
