| Don't be put off by the name. This Asian
dessert is very refreshing and unusual.

Pour water into sauce pan and slowly sprinkle gelatin over surface.
Heat 3 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly. Add sugar,
extract and milk. Mix thoroughly and cook one minute. Pour
into square glass dish and chill until firm. Cut into cubes and
serve with garnish of mandarin oranges, fruit cocktail or other colorful
fruit. |
