3 cups self rising flour
1 can or bottle of beer
3 tablespoons sugar
Beer Bread
This deliciously simple recipe was given to me by my cousin Janine Waggener.  Feel free to
experiment with the variety of beer (she recommends Tecate) and other additions, like jalapeno
peppers, or other spices or maybe some cheese.
Mix ingredients and put into bread pan. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 40 minutes.
