This recipe is courtesy of Sam Zabor,  a high school classmate that I have reconnected with via a
popular social media site.  I don't usually list name brand ingredients, but he insists the Trader Joe's
bacon and Absolut vodka are the best.
Cook the bacon by broiling. The final consistency should be reminiscent of tender beef jerky. Put aside.

Add 1 shot of Absolut Peppar to 3 - 4 oz. tomato juice. Stir in horseradish, pepper and Worcestershire to
taste; going heavy is a good thing. Mix well and pour over ice. Garnish with one celery stick and not less
than two of the four optional garnishes - the olives and cornichons are recommended, and can be
served on a bamboo skewer next to the celery. Place one slice of bacon into the drink, hanging over the
edge. Enjoy!
