Three Cheese Spread


 

1 pound longhorn cheddar cheese
8 ounces cream cheese
4 ounces blue cheese
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
 
Have all cheeses at room temperature.  Cut in 1 inch cubes.  Process in food processor until smooth.  Don't over process.

May be served as Pimento Cheese on crackers or slices of bread such as sourdough French baguettes or party rye.
