OOOLaLa Dip

Thanks to Audrey Vineys for the decorating suggestion for football.  

 
1 cup guacamole dip
1 cup salsa
1 cup sour cream
1 cup chopped ripe olives
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1 can re-fried beans
Decoration:
¼ to ½ cup sour cream
            a few slices green olives
            a few thin strips of pimento or bell pepper

Start with a rectangular dish, perhaps a 9 x 13 glass baking pan.  Spoon or sprinkle each ingredient in thin layers into dish ending with the re-fried beans.   (If you use our recipe for Go Tell Guacamole, you could place this one on top.  If you use guacamole made with real avocados on the top layer, it will turn brown when exposed to the air.)

To decorate:  Use a pastry bag to pipe sour cream on "yard lines".  Add green olive "Os" and pimento/bell pepper "Xs" to represent players on the field.

For Cinco de Mayo try making a top layer of sour cream and use red and green pepper strips to complete the Mexican flag.

Serve with corn chips.
